Bus Transport to Upstate New York Correctional Facilities

We utilize modern motor coach buses equipped with USB charging ports, comfortable seating, and ample space to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable ride.

Our bus operators are highly trained, CDL license holders who are DOT-certified and have undergone rigorous training required by the USDOT. Safety, professionalism, and punctuality are at the core of everything we do.

The trip to the facilities typically takes approximately 6 hours heading there and about 6 hours and 30 minutes on the return trip.

Our bus departs from Brooklyn (Cadman Plaza & Tillary St.) at 1:00 AM on the morning of your trip and from Manhattan (44th St. & 3rd Ave near Starbucks) at 1:30 AM.

For your convenience, the Bus Operator will make one (1) stop in each direction for restroom breaks and snacks.

The bus is scheduled to arrive at Clinton Correctional Facility before visiting hours begin, ensuring you have ample time for your visit.

After visiting hours conclude, the Bus Operator will depart between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM, depending on the facility’s schedule.

Traffic permitting, the bus will return to the city by approximately 10:00 PM.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service and the limited space on our buses, refunds are issued under the following conditions:

1. Full Refund if We Cancel
   
   • If Prison Connect Express cancels your trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

1. Full Refund for Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance
   
   • If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your trip, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

1. No Refund for Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Shows
   
   • If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your trip or fail to show up, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
   • Reservations made within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable if canceled.

By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Prison Connect Express reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason in accordance with our Refund Policy.
